Remove Iowa 90 from Cass County as follows:

Beginning at a point approximately 1000 feet west of the SE Corner Section 2‑T76N‑R36W; thence east following substantially the section line to the west corporation line of the Town of Wiota, connecting with an unnamed street on the north line of Section 9‑T76N‑R35W.

Wiota:

Commencing on unnamed street at the west corporation line on the north side of Section 9‑T76N‑R35W; thence easterly on unnamed street to the east corporation line.

Beginning again on the east corporation line of the Town of Wiota, connecting with an unnamed street on the north line of Section 9‑T76N‑R35W; thence in a northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway and substantially parallel thereto, through Section 4, 3, and 2‑T76N‑R35W, Section 35 and 36‑T77N‑R35W, and Section 31, 30 and 29‑T77N‑R34W to the west corporation line of the Town of Anita, connecting with an unnamed street at a point approximately 600 feet south of the E ¼ Corner Section 29‑T77N‑R34W.

Anita:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line at a point approximately 619.9 feet south of the W ¼ Corner Section 28‑T77N‑R34W; thence northeasterly on unnamed street approximately 3332 feet to Main Street; thence northeasterly on Main Street to the east corporation line.

Beginning again on the east corporation line of the Town of Anita, connecting with Main Street; thence in a northeasterly and easterly direction through Section 22, 15 and 14‑T77N‑R34W to a point approximately 300 feet north and 1000 feet east of the SE Corner Section 14‑T77N‑R34W; thence in an easterly and northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railway, through Section 14 and 13‑T77N‑R34W to the Cass‑Adair County Line at a point approximately 300 feet south of the E ¼ Corner Section 13‑T77N‑R34W, Cass County (W ¼ Corner Section 18‑T77N‑R33W, Adair County).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Description of Iowa 90 in Cass County, in the Commission's minutes of September 7, 1960, is hereby rescinded.
